About Bruce
Bruce is a California native, and a 38 year resident of San Luis Obispo. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Cal Poly and has completed advanced coursework in Sales and Marketing at Northwestern University and University of Virginia. Most of his career has been in the sporting goods industry, rising to senior management positions in Sales and Marketing with companies such as Wilson Sporting Goods and Brunswick Corporation.
Starting in Real Estate as the market was declining has given Bruce the opportunity to use his strong negotiating and marketing skills to set himself apart from other agents.
Realizing that marketing a property for the seller involves much more than hanging a sign in the yard, he has pioneered internet marketing, pricing strategies, and innovative advertising to get his clients top value for their property.
When working with buyers, Bruce knows that research is the key. What is motivating the seller? How do you negotiate from a position of strength to get absolute top value for your buyer? These are the questions that only strong research and diligence can answer.
